How do I sign up?
If you’ve been referred through Zorgdomein, you don’t need to fill out a registration form.
In other cases, please indicate on the registration form that you’re interested in treatment. After you register, I’ll contact you by phone. We’ll have a brief conversation to discuss whether Luc Psychologie is the right fit for you.
If it turns out that I can help you, I will send you a detailed questionnaire. Please fill out this questionnaire as completely as possible. The questionnaire gives me a comprehensive picture of your needs.
How long is the waiting time?
There is currently no waiting time.
How much does treatment at Luc Psychologie cost? Will my health insurance cover the cost?

Which health insurance providers does Luc Psychologie have contracts with?
Luc Psychologie has contracts with most health insurance providers, namely:
– Zilveren Kruis (Zilveren Kruis, Interpolis, FBTO, De Friesland)
– Salland (Eno, Salland)
– ASR (ASR, Ditzo)
– Menzis (Menzis, Anderzorg, Hema, VinkVink)
– Zorg en Zekerheid (Zorg en Zekerheid AZVZ)
– Caresq (EUcare, Aevitae)
– DSW (DSW, Stad Holland, SZVK)
Luc Psychologie does not (yet) have a contract with:
– CZ (CZ, Just, Ohra, NN) likely effective July 1, 2026
– VGZ (VGZ, Univé, Zekur, IZA) not until 2027
– ONVZ (ONVZ, VvAA) not until 2027

Is it possible to receive therapy online?
Yes, at Luc Psychologie, therapy can be conducted partially or entirely online. I use a secure platform for video calls, and online assignments are given between sessions. I also regularly utilize e-health modules from Therapieland.

What does treatment at Luc Psychologie involve? What can I expect?
At Luc Psychologie, we start with 1 to 2 intake sessions during which I assess your symptoms, determine which diagnosis they align with, and discuss your goals for treatment. I then work with you to develop a treatment plan.
Depending on the complexity of your situation and what you want to work on, treatment can last between 8 and 20 sessions.
In the last 2 sessions, we’ll create a plan to prevent a relapse.

How do I let you know that I can’t make my appointment?
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by sending an email to info@lucpsychologie.nl.
If you notify us too late or not at all, we will send you an invoice for the “no-show” in accordance with our no-show policy.
Please note that the costs for a no-show invoice are not covered by your health insurance. It is therefore very important that you cancel your appointment in a timely manner if you are unable to attend.
What is the fee for a no-show?
You may cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you notify me too late or fail to show up at all, you will be billed for the “no-show.”
The fee for a no-show is 125 euros for an initial consultation and 100 euros for a regular treatment session.
I have a complaint. How do I file it?
At Luc Psychologie, I do my very best to provide you with satisfactory service. If, despite this, you are dissatisfied with something, please let me know.
You can submit your complaint by filling out the contact form or through the complaints procedure.
